What happens if a booking is declined due to payment failure

Failure to collect payment at checkout will result in the booking/inquiry being canceled. In order to continue with the booking process, you will need to do the following:

  • Check you have sufficient funds in your account
  • Check with your bank to see if the transaction is being blocked
  • If necessary, reach out to contact@boatsetter.com

Once you’ve done so, you will be able to make a new booking request at your earliest convenience.
