How do i know which is an approved trip?

Your Owners Dashboard divides inquiries into 4 different categories. Below is a brief description, along with a screenshot to give a visual aid:


Ready to Approve Bookings: These renters have already entered their credit card information, and are just awaiting owner approval. The renter selected 'Book this Boat' on the boat profile. Make sure you select "Approve" if you are able to accept this booking or "Decline" if you are unable to accept!


Pending Bookings: These are initial inquiries. Renters selected 'Message Owner' on the boat profile. At this stage, an owner can message the renter back, send a "special offer" or "pre-approve" the reservation. 


Unverified Bookings: These renters have entered payment details but have not completed the final steps for verification. The renter will need to send an ID to for verification.


Approve BookingsThese trips are ready to go! Payment has been made and accepted.
