At the moment, a reschedule requires the support of a Boatsetter Crew member. Before requesting a reschedule, please note that we'll need the approval of both parties before we will make the changes.
In order to reschedule, you need to confirm the rescheduled time or day with the owner first. Once you confirm with the owner, you can contact Boatsetter Support and we can make the change for you.
Alternatively, you can cancel the booking and send a new request with the updated information, if it is outside of the cancellation period. Keep in mind that when cancelling a booking, the refund process takes 3-5 business days for credit cards and 5-10 business days for debit cards.
