To cancel a booking:
- Navigate to the booking details page through the message thread with the renter or the Bookings page by selecting “View booking details”
- From the booking details page, scroll towards the bottom of the screen and select “Cancel booking” and fill out the required information.
- Cancelling a booking as an owner before the trip has begun will automatically issue a full refund to the renter
Owners are not eligible for a payout on bookings they cancel. Frequent cancellations can have a negative impact on where you rank in search results or may result in the temporary suspension or removal of your listing.
