Canceling a booking

To cancel a booking, navigate to your Bookings tab > Find the appropriate booking > View booking details > Scroll down to "Cancel booking" and fill out the required information.

Canceling a booking as an owner before the trip has begun will automatically issue a full refund to the renter.

Owners are not eligible for payout on bookings they cancel. Frequent cancellations can have a negative impact on where you rank in search results or may result in the temporary suspension or removal of your listing.
