If you would like to ask questions before submitting a booking request, you can send a message to an owner through the Boatsetter messaging platform. You must have a verified account in order to message an owner.
Sending a message
If you message an owner, you will be prompted to fill out details regarding your inquiry. In addition, you will be asked to include a message with information about your desired booking details.
Receiving a message
When you receive a new message, you will see a notification alert under the Inbox tab on “Messages” within the site navigation bar. Click “Messages” to view your conversations. You may receive additional SMS and email alerts regarding new and unread messages.
