Message an owner

If you would like to ask questions before submitting a booking request, you can send a message to an owner through the Boatsetter messaging platform.  You must have a verified account in order to message an owner.

Sending a message

If you message an owner, you will be prompted to fill out details regarding your inquiry. In addition, you will be asked to include a message with information about your desired booking details.

Receiving a message

When you receive a new message, you will see a notification alert on “Messages” within the site navigation bar. ClickMessages” to view your conversations. You may receive additional SMS and email alerts regarding new and unread messages.
