# How to share your booking with your passengers

Thanks to Team Boatsetter, sharing your booking details with people you’d like to bring aboard is easier than ever before. You can invite passengers to your booking by navigating to the **Booking details** page. From there, scroll down to “**Your passengers**” and click “**Invite**.”

If you’re on a desktop, you can send the invite as either an email or a direct link. If on a mobile device, you can invite via text or get a copy of the direct link.

Once a passenger accepts the invitation, they will have access to the booking details, check-in information including the vessel’s address, passenger list, and emergency contact information. Passengers can not see the payment breakdown, your card information, or the vessel owner’s contact information.

Passengers must have a [Boatsetter account](https://support.boatsetter.com/en_us/account-verification-ByR7IJshi) to accept the invitation. Once the passenger list is full, you will see a banner at the top informing you the booking is at maximum capacity. You will need to remove a passenger for a new one to accept. You can remove passengers at any time at your discretion by clicking on “**Manage passengers.**”

A few other things to note:

*   You are only able to invite passengers once the booking is [approved](https://support.boatsetter.com/en_us/booking-states-rJrWUJs3o)
*   The number of invitations you can send is limited to the number of passengers booked for
*   Passengers are only able to access the booking details through the link in the email invitation (if they have not been removed from the booking by you)
*   When a passenger joins the booking, or if they are removed, both you and the passenger will receive an email
