# How to set special daily prices

Potential renters rely on your calendar to show them availability and rental rates. Keeping your calendar up to date is crucial to the success of your listing and booking process. Below are the steps to offer special prices on specific dates to renters:

*   To offer special daily pricing, navigate to **My Boats** **> Edit listing > Calendar**. Once you double-click on a specific date, you will be prompted to choose a [percentage increase or decrease](https://support.boatsetter.com/en_us/updating-your-calendar-B1CM81s3j) at your discretion under "Boat price adjustment". _Please note: Creating a date price adjustment will not affect approved bookings on that date_.
*   To edit the price on a specific booking, the booking request needs to be an “[Inquiry](https://support.boatsetter.com/en_us/booking-states-rJrWUJs3o)” (cannot be pending). When you receive an inquiry, you have the option to “[Pre-approve](https://support.boatsetter.com/hc/en-us/articles/200711760-Responding-to-an-inquiry)” or “[Edit Inquiry](https://support.boatsetter.com/hc/en-us/articles/4424064786829-Editing-an-inquiry)” from the message thread.
