# How to leave a review

Leaving reviews is an important part of the rental experience and lets others in the Boatsetter community know what to expect from fellow owners and renters.

To leave a review, log into your account and navigate to your **Bookings > Find the appropriate booking > Click "Leave review".** If you are unable to find the booking, try filtering by “[Concluded](https://support.boatsetter.com/en_us/booking-states-rJrWUJs3o)”. Users can only leave a review on the website if they have completed a booking.
